Mixed Turning Squares Project Box (B-Grade)

Indulge in the mystery of our hand-picked variety box of Mixed Turning Squares. You will find a selection of 10 pieces of our hardwood species that are minimum 1-3/8" x 1-3/8" x 24". There will be approximately 20 pounds of material to work with in a 4" H x 10" W x 26" L box. Each box will contain a mixture of domestic and exotic species.

What does B-Grade mean?

Each piece will have a slight imperfection and has been downgraded from our standard, A-Grade stock. You can expect a small split at the end, a knot in the middle, or wane coming off of a corner. There is lots of great material to put on the lathe and work around (or with) these natural characteristics.

Great box for the price, especially since I purchased it on sale. It was mostly maple, but there were still a few nice varieties mixed in, which gave me different options to work with. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

I'm pretty disappointed that I ordered 2 boxes and got the exact same pieces in both boxes and not much variety. I would have preferred more variety as to the species of wood, so my next step is to try to return 1 of my identical boxes for another one.
