The quality seems very mixed. I cut 5 of the 15x30 sheets into 15"x15". 4 out of 10 of those are entirely unusable. They are warped up .75" from the center to the edges. Even if I pin them down, they would be dangerous to use on the laser when the cutout pieces pop back up. They would also not make a usable product. The rest have minor warping. I gave them the chance to make it right, the only offer was to ship it back. I understand some warping, but this is extreme. The shipping boxes also could have been reinforced. All the boxes arrived damaged. The customer service has been otherwise responsive and good.

I was very pleased with how quickly my order arrived, the shipping was fast and efficient.

I ordered 15 sheets of 20” × 30” Baltic Birch plywood. Unfortunately, about 5 of the sheets were significantly warped, which made them unsuitable for the larger projects I intended to use them for.

The remaining 10 sheets were in excellent condition and exactly what I was expecting. Overall, I appreciate the prompt service, but I hope more attention can be given to quality control and packaging to ensure all sheets arrive flat and usable.

I do intarsia as a side hobby and use this plywood for backer boards. I am telling you it is top notch quality and I wont go anywhere else...I am in Windsor, Ontario. Wish I could get full sheets delivered but just too expensive. The shipping even for this size is decent and still cheaper then buying local. Thank so much TWV!

Great quality wood, nice and smooth. I purchased some to test with my laser, cuts well, there doesnt seem to be any weird glue pockets. Stains well too. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is the true measurement is about 11.75x11.75, which is due to blade width when they cut the sheets from a 4 x 8 sheet. Also the edges have a bit of tareout from the saw blade. Otherwise good wood, and I will soon be placing an order for 250 12x12 sheets, the discount fir a large order is also a great bonus.

This is my second order to this Baltic Birch plywood. It is exactly what I need for my scroll saw project. I just wish shipping wasn't quite so expensive.
