I have been making charcuterie boards for a few years and I typically go to a lumber mill and pick out planks of kiln dried boards, remove bark, cut into lengths, plane, and sand to prepare them. Always thought that buying these pre prepped boards at a hardwood store was a waste of money and you don't know what you are getting, so never wanted to chance it. Recently I needed some p tec8400 through kjp and thought I'd take a chance and order a few boards fully expecting to be disappointed and cut my losses and move on to what I have been doing. I have to say, how surprised I was with the quality and nice boards I recieved. This saves me hours of prep work. I will definitely be giving them another try to make sure it wasn't a fluke. If this is what I can expect all the time, I will be ordering many, many more from here on out. I only wish they were near me so I could go take a look through their store. Koodos to you KJP!!!
