I loved the customer service and attention. Unfortunately the slides turned out to be wrong even though we worked hard together to get the correct ones. I just found out yesterday and emailed so I expect someone will follow up Mon or Tues and we can figure it out. I am confident we will find a solution.

Bought five pairs of these slides for a dresser I was building. The slides themselves are very good and KJP has them for a good price. Unfortunately, the description has several errors:
- They do not have elongated holes for depth adjustment
- They do not have a rear side-to-side adjustment (there is a tilt adjustment in the rear, not side-to-side)
- They do not have four-dimensional adjustments (you can adjust each side up and down, so two dimensions)

Blum makes many different models of slides with slight variations, so I'm guessing the description may have been taken from a different model. The slides themselves are good as long as you're aware of the limitations.

Don’t know what else to say. They are worth every penny. Once you get used to the install measurements, life is easy. Love them.

They are the very best on the market. I have been using them on several projects and I am still impressed by the quality.

Unfortunately my drawer slides did not come with screws or instructions. Dissatisfied so far…

Outstanding product!

Just a reminder that the Blum Canadian slides are different than those sold in the US. Unfortunately the Canadian instructions are sub par compared to the US instructions. I found this out the hard way. So don’t use 563H but 560H instructions. 😊
