For the most part the order is good. A few of the boards are ‘bowed’, which is slightly disappointing!

The Mahogany, roasted maple, others were nice pieces, well finished. However, one board of spalted maple was split in two places, most of the way down the board, so that was unusable.

For being 4/4 rough cut it arrived the closest I’ve seen to S4S. Which allows for much less waste when milling. Recommend the purchase.

I never received any of the product that I paid a lot of money for from your company. I know that it isn't the company's fault because once the product leaves the building with a carrier it is out of the company's hands. But I did pay a lot of money for product that I had plans for and never received. That also leaves a distain in the back of my head and makes me never want to order product from your company ever again. And if there were an option for no stars I would have selected that.

Received my 4/4 Rough Cut Exotic Lumber Mix Pack in the post and couldn’t be happier. No damage, boards are straight with good grain and ready to be cut into bowtie joints. Though I would have to run them through the bench top planer but not necessary.

The quality of these boards is great. They're all cut to specs, straight as can be and the colors are brilliant.

Upon unboxing I found a lengthy crack in the Zebrawood and contacted customer service immediately with photos and asking for guidance. I was informed by a very friendly person that I would recieve a replacement with their apologies and I should keep the cracked board in case I might find some use for it in smaller projects.

They took great care (after asking to ensure certain needs are met for my specific project) that the wood selected was as uniform to the others as was humanly possible. Now I have people at the project club trying to swipe the scraps by hovering over the bandsaw whenever I go to it. Truthfully, it is worth every single cent I spent. Incidental Birds Eye Maple (didn't know I'd be getting it) was an amazing touch.
