Le chêne rouge est l'un de nos bois domestiques les plus populaires !
Ce bois dur nord-américain se travaille bien avec des outils à main et des outils électriques. Très économique et facile à trouver, c'est une essence de bois populaire utilisée pour presque toutes les applications de menuiserie intérieure. Si vous cherchez à courber à la vapeur, vous pouvez vous attendre à de bons résultats avec le chêne rouge. Il colle également bien et accepte bien la finition, bien qu'un bouche-pores puisse être souhaité pour remplir le grain grossier.
Afin d'offrir un emballage plus protecteur pour l'expédition, nos longueurs sont souvent 1/4" inférieures aux tailles indiquées. Besoin d'une largeur plus grande ou d'une longueur plus importante ? Veuillez nous envoyer un e-mail pour un devis. Des frais de menuiserie personnalisés s'appliqueront.

Very pleased with my order of red oak. I even received two beautifully figured pieces of curly oak which was a very nice surprise. Now I just have to find a different project for those two pieces.
This was my first order with KJP. I ordered red oak 1/4 inch thins, lumber and plywood for a current home project. I was very pleased with the quality, dimensional accuracy and absence of any warping in all products. They have a vast selection of other wood types to choose from. I will not hesitate to place my next order with them.

My second order from KJP and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. Arrived quickly and very good quality lumber. As far as ‘rough cut’, it required very little work to dress.
Also bought the domestic cutting board blanks as well. They were also in great shape. There was a small check in one piece of cherry but it was nothing a little glue didn’t fix.
