I ordered 3 sheets of 18x24 Clear Cast Acrylic. They were ready for pick up next day and I have almost gone through all 3 sheets within 4 days. They etch well, cut nicely and serve the purpose (using a CO2 laser)

I needed a bit bigger acrylic than I had in stock. The acrylic cuts nicely. Issue was with the cover paper masking. It would not pull off evenly so took more work to get off before cutting. Tested cutting with paper on but it flamed quite a lot. I would buy again.

Uniform thickness. Nice finish and cut very well on 40W Mira 5 Laser. I have also cut on the CNC with an O Flute 1/8” bit with nice chip ejection and nice finish on the edges. Appreciate the selection from KJP and great people to work with.

Great product. Looks nice and engraved and cuts well on 40W CO2 laser. Engrave the backside and don’t forget to mirror. Pricy. Tough to pass full cost onto customer in this economy.

The acrylic cuts great, have no issues with that at all. My complaint is with engraving. Up until now, when I have acrylic from other businesses, the engraving is very white but when I engrave with this acrylic it is a faint white. I have tried several different settings and it doesn't matter how deep I go, it still looks the same. I am using a 40 watt diode laser.

I love all KJP products and this is the first time I’ve had difficulty with a product. I absolutely love the look of the prism acrylic, but when cutting/engraving it, it fogged up so badly. I then masked it which solved the fogging, but then the prism layer would peel off, leaving just the white acrylic beneath.

I'd tried a few other sources (online and craft stores) for a quality acrylic with decent protective covering that stays on when cutting with a CNC router. One was acceptable, the other was brittle and the protective film on it didn't stay intact when cutting.

KJP out of the blue brought this stuff out and so I bought a 12x24 sheet of the 1/8" thickness to give it a whirl. My machine cut it like butter - crisp lines and the protective covering stayed put. This is incredible material and we'll be ordering lots more in the coming weeks and months.

What more can you ask for ? Product was exactly as described. Price for acrylic was very decent. Shipping was very fast and I am completely happy with KJP once again.
