This Wood Repair PLUS+ Kit is perfect for window and floor installers, carpenters, DIY enthusiasts, and anyone needing to repair damage, knots, cracks, etc., in wood and wood surfaces. 

The Wood Repair Plus+ Kit includes everything needed to make perfect repairs with Knot Filler. 

• 1x Knot Filler Mix 1 Bag (8 sticks × 5.91 in (150 mm), Ø 0.47 in (12 mm)) in colors: Knot, Pine, Oak and Mahogany
• 1x Knot Filler Mix 2 Bag (8 sticks × 5.91 in (150 mm), Ø 0.47 in (12 mm)) in colors: Ash, Beech, Walnut, Black
• 1x WR 180 Knot Filler Gun
• 2x Knot Filler Cooling Brick, 2 x 2 in (50 x 50 mm)
• 1x Knot Filler Cutting Tool, 2 in (50 mm)
• 1x Knot Filler Saver

Application Instructions

1. Turn on the Knot Filler gun and let it heat for 7 minutes.
2. Place a Knot Filler stick in the Knot Filler gun.
3. Shoot the Knot Filler into the knot/repair. Make sure to be fast while applying.
4. Quickly place a cooling iron/block on the Knot Filler and let it cool off.
5. Cut off excess Knot Filler with a cutting tool. The Knot Filler repair is ready for this when the cooling iron/block easily comes off the Knot Filler.
6. Sand the repair with sanding paper - by hand or machine
7. Ready for surface treatment! Use oil, lacquer, stain, paint etc.

Please note

• Never place the Knot Filler gun on the side - leave in standing position (see MSDS)
• Never pull out a Knot Filler stick of the gun! (see MSDS)
• Seal the bag with Knot Filler after use. For instance with masking tape (see MSDS)
