it did its job

Ordered this after using a flight trim straight bit to make some arms for a chair. The straight bit grabbed the arm and kicked it back. This bit is so much smoother and safer as the cutting action isn’t directed entirely in one direction. Finish is much better too. Final part hardly needs sanding.

Only complaint was having to pay $20 for shipping for such a small package. I only ordered the router bit.

Absolutely phenomenal product....keeps an edge for an extremely long time!!...Absolutely NO TEAR OUT!!!!!!

Used it on some pattern work on 3/4” baltic birch and it handled that with ease. Very nice solid bit, balanced and smooth. First time I tried Whiteside bits and would not hesitate to recommend them

So when it came time to renew my basic 1/4” shank bits for a new trim router, it was a no-brainer! This set covers the basics - they are well-machined and do a great job!

Used for cutting out handles on hardwood (hard maple, black walnut, padauk) charcuterie boards using a router table. High quality bit with only trace tearout on the underside (“up-cut” side) of the piece. Pricey but it’s a bit that should last a long time.

Decided to purchase a basic set to upgrade my 1/2” bits from the old master craft ones. It’ pretty much covers all the bases and white side is certainly a lot better than master craft and marginally better than the Freud bits I used for years in 1/4”. Overall some of the best on the market-would reccomend

Im new to the CNC world of "woodwork". After using the 3 new Whitesideg bits I just bought from here, I'll say good by to Amana's bits for good long while. My machine has been running almost non-stop using 3 of their bits and I have zero complaints. The greatest thing is that I am getting these cuts from their bits at 1/3 the price from Amana. So my Spektra bits are suposed to be sharp for a lifetime, breaking even one for whatever reason can be expensive. Whiteside? Not so much.
