Le proporcionaremos un cuadrado de arce ambrosía de alta calidad en las dimensiones de su elección. Este trozo ya ha sido secado en horno y está listo para ser "torneado" en su próximo gran proyecto. Recomendamos usar Honey Bee's Natural Wood Cream para un acabado duradero y seguro para alimentos.
A veces podemos acomodar una pieza más grande que nuestros tamaños estándar. Por favor, envíenos un correo electrónico para consultar disponibilidad y obtener una cotización.
Las dimensiones pueden variar +/- 1/4" ya que a menudo preferimos desbastar ligeramente los trozos para torneado para revelar la veta y el color.

¿Qué es la madera de arce ambrosía? Bueno, en realidad no es una especie, sino dos cosas que le suceden a la madera cuando ha sido infestada por el escarabajo de la ambrosía. Lo más obvio son los pequeños agujeros del escarabajo al perforar, pero también deja unas interesantes vetas causadas por un hongo que transporta en sus patas. Por supuesto, no hace falta decir que toda nuestra madera está secada en horno y estos visitantes ya no son un problema.
Puede haber una variación entre lotes en cuanto a la cantidad de vetas que obtenemos, pero hacemos todo lo posible por enviarle las tablas con más carácter. En cuanto a los pequeños agujeros, deberán rellenarse y es una gran oportunidad para probar nuestra P-Tec Wood Filler.

overall i was please with the order, delivery time, quality of product etc...
i was very disappointed in what was supposed to be mahogany that I received. this was not at all what I wanted. I received what is often referred to as lauan or philippine mahogany. this product shouldn't be sold as mahogany.

However, we apologize for any disappointment with the type of wood you received. We try to be very clear in the item description that this is African Mahogany (Khaya), the most commonly traded Mahogany on the market these days. It is not Lauan - that is a totally different species.

This is excellent quality lumber, you would never think it was rough because it as good as most s4s. Great quality and beautiful wood! I will definitely be buying more from KJP!!

Very nice lumber. Even the rough cut needs very minimal planing to be perfect smooth.
I don't use the wood right away I like to keep a good shock. but the wood is beautiful.

Don't count on receiving this product like the picture on the website. Mine had very little figuring in it. I regret even ordering it. Other product I ordered I was pleased with. I will probably not buy wood on line again. Too expensive to return if I'm not pleased.

i received this material with some ribbon stripped sapele and purpleheart i ordered it has great figure although the piece i received with my order 12 days ago was almost un useable it took a lot of work to use the piece more quality control is needed thank good i was able to put the damaged side face down in my table top
